Can you tell me a bit about your company?
Hiledisplay is a factory-direct manufacturer focused on custom acrylic beauty display solutions for lipstick, perfume, skincare, makeup and retail fixtures. We support OEM from drawings, ODM from concepts, private label projects, prototyping, production and global delivery. Please send your product size, quantity, logo artwork and target market so we can recommend the right structure and quote accurately.
Where's your factory located?
Our factory is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We manufacture acrylic cosmetic display stands and retail display fixtures there, and we can ship worldwide from Shenzhen or through your appointed forwarder.
What are your standard payment terms (30% deposit, 70% before shipment)?
Our standard payment term is 30 percent deposit before production and 70 percent balance before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal for small sample orders, and other methods can be discussed based on order value and buyer credit. For repeat customers, we can review more flexible terms after stable cooperation.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer focused on acrylic cosmetic display products. Because we handle design, sampling, production and packing directly, we can control details such as edge clarity, bonding, logo position, acrylic thickness and retail packaging.
What's the minimum deposit you'll accept?
For most custom orders, the minimum deposit is 30 percent because we need to purchase acrylic sheets, print materials and packaging before production. For repeat customers or special projects, we can review payment terms case by case.
Do you accept payments via PayPal or Credit Card?
PayPal is available for samples and small trial orders. For bulk production, we normally recommend T/T because bank transfer has lower transaction cost and is easier for formal export documentation.
What payment methods do you take?

Do you have a factory audit report?
If your company needs a factory audit, we can provide available company documents and arrange an online or on-site audit by your team or a third-party agency. Please tell us which audit standard or checklist you need before placing the order.
How can I make the payment？
After the quotation is confirmed, we will send a proforma invoice with our company bank details and order information. Please check the beneficiary name carefully before payment and send us the payment slip so we can arrange sampling or production.
What is your warranty period for this product?
For normal use, we provide after-sales support for manufacturing defects such as bonding failure, incorrect logo, wrong size or missing parts. Acrylic surface scratches caused by handling, misuse or transport after delivery are not covered, but we can help provide replacement parts at cost if needed.
